The story of salvation history views the historical events of God’s saving acts in history, which has its climax in the incarnation of Jesus and finds its completion in the consummation of the kingdom. These stories were told with a pre-science worldview and should be thought about within that worldview and not used to try to prove a modern form of creationism, which runs ramped in some churches and in the homeschool movement.
